Kelly joined OSA in August 2010. She is a graduate of WVU, where she majored in Public Relations and Minored in Political Science. She is OSA’s Closed Captioning Coordinator and a trained TypeWell transcriber. She enjoys gardening, kayaking, and spending time with her dog and two cats.
