Rebecca Swartz
Rebecca is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), who earned her Master of Social Work and Master of Public Administration Degrees in 2007 from West Virginia University. In 2001, she earned her Bachelor of Social Work Degree with a minor in American Politics & Policy from WVU, and was recognized as the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences Outstanding Senior in Social Work for most reflecting the commitment to the values and ethics of the social work profession.
Rebecca has 20+ years of experience with the State of West Virginia, including 4+ years as a Rehabilitation Counselor with the Division of Rehabilitation Services. For the DHHR Bureau for Children and Families, she worked as a BSW Student Intern, a Social Service Worker, a MSW/MPA Student Intern, a Social Service Supervisor, and a Program Manager. As an undergraduate student, Rebecca worked at the Mountainlair as an Information Desk Worker and a Night Operations Building Supervisor.
